Who to contact
We will work collaboratively with a wide spectrum of local health and social care providers with specific focus on relationships with mental health services, criminal justice agencies, the third sector and other organisations who will be involved in the promotion of recovery and rehabilitation. Achieve is an alcohol and drug recovery service, working from community settings in Bolton, Bury, Salford and Achiebe. All communication will be via telephone, with a contingency plan for each service user, reflected in their risk management plan.
